Just a quick post today hoping to get in just before the deadline of this challenge! I was inspired by some of the work done by Ellen Vargo over on the PaperArtsy blog this week and needed to make a front cover for a folder so decided to have a go at creating the background in the same way using brayering and repeat stamping. I used the Lynn Brown Eclectica stamps and a couple of JOFY stamps too.I used Frescos in snowflake, dolly mixture, amethyst, pansy and eggplant. I couldn't find any paper I liked so decided to make a border with stamps instead. I think I maybe went a little OTT with embossing powder but never mind :) I outlined everything in gold instead of white as it pulled everything together a bit more.
