Mothers' Day card 1

Sorry I have been away for ages, I have just not been in the mood for crafting after a rubbish time at work but I now have a new job which I started two weeks ago - yay! I thought I better get making Mothers' Day cards so there is time to send them so this is what I've been up to this morning.

This card is for Tom's mum. She's Welsh so I thought the daffodils were particularly apt.


I have used a Lili of the Valley image and 1st edition Hideaway papers which I got from the Crafty Weekend I went on last year - I still have so much stuff left it's crazy! (spaces still available for this year!!) The sentiment was from a DoCrafts goody bag, lace from stash and flower I bought a couple of weeks ago at Stamparama but can't remember the make. I coloured it with promarkers and added a touch of mica powder for sparkle.
