Football Fever

This card is for my dad's birthday in a couple of week's time. Again, these decoupage kits are from the Smirks 'For Him' range which I picked up for £1 at Ally Pally! They're fairly simple to use when I can't be bothered to stamp and colour although I think I might take the rest to use at school with my card making club as there are about 5 sheets of each design and I get bored easily!

I used some blue cardstock, gold ribbon from stash, papers from October Afternoon (I love this Rocket Age paper pad!) and sentiment is handwritten with embossing pen.

I'd like to enter it into the following challenges:
One Stitch at a Time - Anything goes
Papertake Weekly - Anything goes
Ribbon carousel - Anything goes
The Squirrel and the Fox - Make it Sporty
Fetch a sketch - Sketch 8

  2. I think it's great! Love the little 3D faces and that Rocket Age paper really adds a "Winner" feel to the card. Your print is very nice as well for the sentiment. Thought it was typed or stamped, it looks great. :D

Thank you SO much for playing along with us at The Squirrel & The Fox for our “Make It Sporty” Challenge.
Good luck to you and we hope you come back next week to play along again.
