Card making club

I started a card making club at school today and had rather a lot of fun :) It's so cute to see the little year 1 children trying to mount up their cards carefully and still get them all wonky, bless 'em, and they were really proud of them at the end of the session. I took some photos but forgot to bring the camera home to load up so that will have to wait for another day.

In other news I received some gorgeous gorgeous ribbon through the post today which I won with a voucher from crafty ribbons (I am a very lucky girly!). I chose a mixture of colours, textures and patterns and am loving their Jam Pot selections, that's a fab little idea! I can't wait to play with them; I am going to try really hard tomorrow to actually Do Some Work in my planning time rather than procrastinate then have to do it at home! Plus I need to do some one evening as I am busy at the weekend going to the Big Stamp and Scrapbooking Show - ooh I'm excited about that! And I have lots of other new bits that I haven't played with yet and they're just screaming out to me to try something, particularly my new Tatty Teddy decoupage kit.

Anyway, enough waffle! I will try to come back with a card next time!

  1. Hi Em, I bet the little ones enjoyed every minute of their cardmaking session. How sweet of you to let them have a go.
