Cherry blossom - Natalie and Amy's challenge

I'm hoping this post has gone live automatically when it should as I shall be over in England when it's due. I've coincided my trip to fall over the Coleman's craft warehouse demo weekend so I will hopefully be going to that tomorrow - very exciting! They do not have good craft shops in Sweden so I intend to stock up and am looking forward to seeing all the demos.

Anyway, here is my card for this month's challenge over at Natalie and Amy's. The challenge this month is flowers.

This card is made using the images and sentiment from the Sheena Douglass A Little Bit Oriental Sakura stamp set. I stamped the tree in Rich Cocoa memento then drew round the outline with an Almond promarker. I then dotted the leaves with a gold promarker and diamond stickles. For the background I cut my card to size and then repeatedly stamped one of the small cherry blossom stamps from the same set round the edge and coloured all the gaps with the almond promarker. I used a CC Designs Leafy Branch die to cut the sprigs and Joy Crafts Flower die to build up the flowers. The brads are from my stash.
